Fall Schedule

Mondays: 10:00-11:00 am Pre-School Drama Club presents "Annie" for kids between 4-5.5 yrs old. Bedminster location. Intro to basic acting and singing in a fun and educational environment. No experience necessary.   

4:30-5:30 "On Camera" Commercial course, Bernards High School, Bernardsville. Course includes training in commercials, tv, and film. Students will go to several locations in the area to film. Opportunities to be in commercials will also be available. No experience necessary.

6:00-7:30, "Hairspray"& "Camp Rock" Theather group. Bernards High School, Bernardsville. Course includes singing training, and acting technique. Students must audtion. Everyone gets a part. Students are divided in small groups and work on character study, scene development, and staging and blocking. At the end, we perform in mid. December. All ages welcome. We divide into 2 groups. Students get a script, cd, and a costume. No experience necessary.

6:00-7:00, Group guitar class, Bernards High School, Bernardsville. Students bring material into a positive learning environment and focus on rock, jazz, blues, and original material. Opportunities to perform will be available and optional for those interested. No experience necessary.

Tuesdays:
4:30-5:30, "On Camera Commercial Course" for film, tv, and commercials, Bedminster .Students will be focusing on auditioning techniques as well as commercial training. All training is using the camera. Opportunites to be in commercials will be available. Students will have the opportunity to be involved in a children's tv show. No experience necessary.

6:00-7:00 "Little Mermaid" Theater Group, Bedminster. Great opportunity for someone who has never been in a performance. Basic acting and singing training. Students get a script, cd of music, and costume. A performance will conclude at the end in mid. Dec. No experience necessary.

7:00-8:00 "Teen Comedy Club" Bedminster. Open mic every class for kids 12 and up to present their own original work or monologues from movies. Improv skills will be learned. Opportunites to perform locally and in NYC available. Students will also learn how to write their own material. We will tape most classes and use a microphone. No experience necessary.

Wed: 7:00-8:00 "On Camera Commercial Course" for film, tv, and commercials. Bedminster location. Students will focus on scene study for film and how to put together a demo reel. Monolgues will be brought in and students will be filmed. Topics in drama and comedy will be introduced. Students will receive casting opportunites as well. No experience necessary.

Thurs: 4:30-5:30 "Kids Comedy Club" Black River Middle School, Chester location. Open mic every class for kids 12 and under. Students will learn basic acting skills and perform in a fun, educational environment. Improv skills will be the main focus. Most classes use a microphone and are taped. Opportunities will be available to perform locally. No experience necessary.

6:00-7:00 "Group Guitar Class" Black River Middle School, Chester location. Students will have opportunites to learn various songs in a fun, educational environment. Topics in jazz, rock, blues, and orginal music will be presented. No experience necessary.

7:00-8:00 "Teen Improv and Public Speaking Course" Bedminster location. This is a great opportunity for teens to learn how to present material. All classes will be taped. Various topics will be disucssed related to interview skills for college, auditioning, and speaches. Students will learn how to focus and relax while speaking to a group. Opportunities to perform will be available. No experience necessary.

Fridays: 5:00-6:00 Group music class. Black River Middle School, Chester. Students will be exposed to recording, song writing, and learning how to perform as a group. Some understanding of guitar or keyboard is recommended. Performing opportunites will be available.

Saturday: 12-1 pm Bedminster. "Little Mermaid" for pre-school. Ages 4-6. Students will learn basic singing and acting in a fun and educational course! A small performance will conclude the class.
